Why offers don't credit — and how to fix it

Most missing rewards are not the platform stealing from you — they are broken attribution. Here is each cause and what to do about it.

The goal was not actually met

By far the most common cause. 'Reach level 10' means level 10, not level 9. 'Verify your account' means verification completed, not started. Read the requirement on the offer page before you begin, and screenshot the moment you complete it.

Attribution broke

  • You opened the tracked link, then installed the app from the store manually instead of through the redirect.
  • You started the offer on a phone and finished on a desktop.
  • An ad blocker or privacy extension dropped the tracking redirect.
  • You had already installed that app before — most advertisers only pay for new users.

You were not eligible

Offers are targeted by country and device. A VPN that puts you elsewhere usually voids the offer, and using one to fake a market is fraud, not a workaround — it gets accounts closed, ours included.

A pre-start checklist

  1. Disable your ad blocker for the offer redirect.
  2. Turn the VPN off.
  3. Use the device the offer targets, and finish on that same device.
  4. Read the goal, then re-read it.
  5. Screenshot completion, including the timestamp.

If it still fails

Open a claim with your screenshots. We chase the advertiser directly with your click record. Advertisers do reverse legitimate conversions sometimes, and when that happens we say so rather than pretending the offer never existed.
