• You must confirm your date of birth in your account before any gambling offer becomes visible.
• The date of birth is recorded once and cannot be edited afterwards.
• Accounts that resolve to an age under 18 have gambling, betting, sweepstakes and adult offers permanently hidden and blocked.

2. Opt out at any time

Every adult account can hide all gambling offers with a single switch on the offers page. The setting applies across the whole platform, including the personalised feed and quests, and can be turned back on later.

3. What we are, and what we are not

We are a publisher. We do not operate games, take stakes, hold gambling funds or pay out winnings. When you start a gambling offer you leave Pirate Loot and enter into a relationship with the advertiser, who performs its own age and identity verification (KYC) and is bound by its own licence conditions.

4. Gambling is not a way to earn

7. Reporting a problem
