Pirate Loot lists offers from casino, betting and sweepstakes advertisers. Those offers are strictly for adults aged 18 or over (21+ where local law requires it) and are never shown to anyone who has not confirmed their age.
1. 18+ only
- You must confirm your date of birth in your account before any gambling offer becomes visible.
- The date of birth is recorded once and cannot be edited afterwards.
- Accounts that resolve to an age under 18 have gambling, betting, sweepstakes and adult offers permanently hidden and blocked.
- Gambling offers are also hidden in countries where promoting gambling is restricted or unlawful.
2. Opt out at any time
Every adult account can hide all gambling offers with a single switch on the offers page. The setting applies across the whole platform, including the personalised feed and quests, and can be turned back on later.
3. What we are, and what we are not
We are a publisher. We do not operate games, take stakes, hold gambling funds or pay out winnings. When you start a gambling offer you leave Pirate Loot and enter into a relationship with the advertiser, who performs its own age and identity verification (KYC) and is bound by its own licence conditions.
4. Gambling is not a way to earn
Rewards on Pirate Loot are paid for completing an offer's requirements — not for winning. Deposits made at an advertiser are money at risk and can be lost in full. Never deposit more than you can comfortably afford to lose, and never gamble to recover a loss.
5. Warning signs
- Gambling with money meant for rent, food or bills, or borrowing to gamble.
- Chasing losses, or increasing stakes to feel the same excitement.
- Hiding how much you gamble from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious, restless or low when you are not gambling.
If any of these sound familiar, stop and use the free, confidential support below.
6. Where to get help
- BeGambleAware — free advice and support (UK).
- GamCare — helpline and live chat (UK).
- Gamblers Anonymous — international meetings.
- NCPG — 1-800-GAMBLER (USA).
- Gambling Therapy — worldwide online support.
Most licensed operators also offer deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Tools such as GAMSTOP (UK) block access to licensed gambling sites across the board.
7. Reporting a problem
If you believe a minor has access to an account, or that a gambling offer is shown where it should not be, email support@pirateloot.com and we will remove the offer and lock the account while we investigate.
