Getting started

What is Pirate Loot?

A get-paid-to rewards site. Advertisers pay us when a new user reaches a goal they care about, such as installing an app and reaching a level or finishing a survey. You complete the goal, we pass a share of that payment to you as a reward in dollars, and you cash it out in crypto.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Signing up, browsing offers and withdrawing cost nothing. Some offers ask for a purchase or a deposit; that is always written in the requirement before you start, and you never have to take those.

Who can use Pirate Loot?

Anyone aged 18 or over, with one account per person, using their real location. Your date of birth is recorded at sign up and accounts that fail the age check cannot open offers or withdraw.

Which countries are supported?

You can join from most countries, but every offer is targeted by the advertiser to specific countries and devices. The board only shows offers you can complete from where you are, so the number of offers depends on your country.

How do I earn my first reward?

Sign up, open the offer board, pick an offer whose requirement and time you are happy with, start it from our button on the same device, and complete the exact goal. The reward lands as pending once the advertiser reports it. The how it works page walks through every step.

Offers and tracking

Why did my offer not credit?

Almost always one of these: the exact goal was not reached, the app was installed before or from the store instead of through our button, a VPN or ad blocker broke tracking, or the device or country did not match the offer. If you did reach the goal, open a claim with screenshots.

How do I open a claim for a missing reward?

Go to Claims in your account, pick the offer you started and attach up to 4 screenshots (PNG, JPG or WebP) that show the goal reached. A person compares it with your click record and the advertiser's data. We aim to answer within 72 hours; the advertiser can take longer to confirm.

Can I use a VPN, emulator or second account?

No. Advertisers reject those conversions and our checks detect them. Using them can hold your withdrawals for review or close the account. One account per person, a real device and your real location are what keep rewards confirming.

Do I have to start and finish on the same device?

Yes. Tracking is tied to the device and browser you started the offer on. Switching devices or clearing data in the middle usually means the advertiser cannot match the install to you.

What does a multi goal offer mean?

Some offers, mostly games, pay several rewards for several milestones, for example level 10, then level 20, then level 30. Each goal is credited on its own when you reach it, so you are paid along the way rather than only at the end.

Why do I see different offers than my friend?

Offers are targeted by country and device, and some are released early to higher ranks. Two people in different countries, or one on Android and one on iPhone, will see a different board and sometimes a different reward for the same offer.

Rewards and your balance

What do pending, available and reversed mean?

Pending: the advertiser reported the goal and the reward is on hold. Available: the hold has passed and you can withdraw it. Reversed: the advertiser took the conversion back, usually for fraud checks or a refund, and the reward is removed.

How long is a reward on hold?

The hold is shown on each offer page before you start. Many offers hold for 7 days so the advertiser has time to check the conversion; some are shorter. Higher ranks shorten the hold on some offers.

Why was my reward reversed?

The advertiser decided the conversion did not count, for example because the account was a duplicate, the purchase was refunded or tracking showed a VPN. We cannot keep a reward the advertiser did not pay for. If you think it is a mistake, open a claim.

Is my balance in points or dollars?

Dollars. Rewards are stored in cents in an append only ledger and shown in dollars, so there is no hidden exchange rate between points and money.

Withdrawals and Solana payouts

How do I withdraw?

Open Withdraw, choose a payout rail, paste your address and confirm. USDT on Solana is the main rail. The amount is locked from your balance while the request is open, and you can follow it on your payouts page until it is paid.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

Each rail has its own minimum and a platform minimum also applies. The withdraw page shows the higher of the two on every rail before you request, so there are no surprises.

Are there withdrawal fees?

We add no withdrawal fee on any rail. The blockchain network charges its own transaction fee and the crypto amount depends on the exchange rate when the payout is processed. On Solana the network fee is a tiny fraction of a cent.

How long does a withdrawal take?

It depends on the queue and whether the request needs a manual check (for example a first withdrawal or a large amount). The live median time to pay is on the payout status page, and every paid withdrawal is listed on proof of payouts.

What address do I need for USDT on Solana?

A Solana address: from a Solana wallet app, or from an exchange deposit page for USDT with the Solana (SPL) network selected. It is 32 to 44 characters with no 0, O, I or l. The Solana payouts guide shows each step.

I used the wrong address or network. Can you get it back?

Usually not. Crypto transfers are irreversible and we cannot recall a payment once it is on chain. Addresses are checked before a request is accepted, but always copy the address from your wallet for the exact network you picked.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

The reason is shown on your payouts page and the locked amount goes back to your available balance. Common reasons are an address that does not match the rail or an account check that is still open.

Why can I not withdraw yet?

You need at least one credited offer before the first withdrawal, only available (not pending) rewards can be withdrawn, only one withdrawal can be open at a time, and accounts under review must wait for the review to finish.

How can I check that you really pay?

Every paid withdrawal is listed on the proof of payouts page with the amount, the rail, how long it took and, for on chain rails, a link to the transaction on the block explorer. No usernames or wallet addresses are shown there.

Ranks, referrals and the leaderboard

How do ranks work?

Ranks rise with your lifetime confirmed offer earnings. Each rank adds rakeback on rewards and perks such as shorter holds, skipping manual review on smaller withdrawals and earlier access to new offers. Each rank up also pays a one off bonus.

How does the referral programme work?

Share your invite link and earn a commission on what your referrals earn, on two levels, plus a bonus when a friend joins and completes an offer. Rates are shown on your referrals page. Self referrals and duplicate accounts are removed.

How is the weekly leaderboard calculated?

It sums each user's confirmed earnings credited this week (offer rewards, rakeback, referral commission, bonuses and port yield, minus reversals) and resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Names are masked and accounts under review are left out.

Can I hide my name on the leaderboard?

Your name is never shown in full: only the first letters of your username, or an anonymous label if you have none. You can change your username at any time in your account settings, and the board uses the new name within a few minutes.

What is the port game?

A pirate game on top of earning. Offers earn doubloons that build port buildings and equip your captain. Buildings generate power, and power decides your share of a fixed hourly treasury pool.

Account, privacy and safety

How do I change my email preferences?

Open your account settings and choose which emails you want. Every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

How do I delete my account?

Follow the steps on the delete account page. Your profile, name and email are removed. Money records we must keep for accounting and anti money laundering rules (rewards, payouts) stay in anonymised form, with no name or email, for up to 5 years.

Are gambling offers on Pirate Loot?

Casino and sweepstakes offers are strictly 18+, hidden until your age is confirmed, kept off the public board, and you can hide them on the offer board at any time. If gambling stops being fun, read the responsible gambling page for free help.

Is it safe to connect my wallet?

You never connect a wallet or sign anything. We only need a receiving address. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone, including someone claiming to be Pirate Loot support.
